Subject: RECOVERY from Half Ironman/IronmanI just completed my first Half IM this weekend in a respectable 5hr 46min.
No injuries (that I am aware of ), just the typical upper back soreness, buttocks, theighs, etc;
All -n- all, I feel good.
Question:
How should i approach recovery?
How much time should I take off?
Should I do nothing?
Should I just swim?
Trying to get a fill (like they do for marathons ) on "how to recover".
