Subject: RE: Zoot recovery or 2XU refresh recovery pants?CEP does do custom compression. I tried some different compression garments to see if I could produce a visual benefit to demonstrate its effect. This is what I came up with: Compression worn on the right leg- not on the left: ![Compmerge15-16](http://university.tri-sports.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Compmerge15-16.jpg)
and then, compression worn on both legs for around 17 hours, "before" on the left, "after" on the right: ![CompMerge1621](http://university.tri-sports.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/CompMerge1621.jpg)
And wearing compression while sleeping to achieve the above results: ![comp19](http://university.tri-sports.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/comp19.jpg)
I've found the compression product size charts to be accurate. If you go by the height/weight on the 2XU size chart you'll get an accurate fit- same for Zoot. Between brands the bar is pretty high. They are nearly all pretty darn good and acheive a similar benefit. |
