Subject: trisports discount - loyalty to BT or saving $?

Is it me or has anyone noticed that slowtwitch has a better discount than BT (free membership discount)? I've always used BT to get the 10% but just recently, I learned that Slowtwitch's discount is 15%.

I like BT and am very thankful for all the help they have given me this past year. But when it comes down to it, money is money and not all of us that participate in this sport can throw money around. Every dollar I save helps me out.

I've torn by trying to support BT and using the BT code OR using the slowtwitch code to get a better discount?

Any thoughts, comments.

I haven't gone over to check out the ST's discount, but are there certain purchasing stipulations?

Ex: 15% off only IF you buy $200 or more?

Versus

10% off ALL discounts?

You should ask Ron to see why BT can't get a better discount to match ST's.

Tri newbies has a 15% across the board discount at trisports also. No membership requirements.

Put in TNO in the discount section.

Trisports gives a flat 15% off to any site that wants to promote it. As far as I know, at the 15% level, nothing goes back to the sites hosting it. Even when BT had the flat 15% off for all, nothing went back to BT. The only way we could give BT'ers a little more is a 10% level for all and 15% off + free shipping over 95$ for performance members...a good deal if you signed-up and used any of the features anyways.

We will keep improving the logs, the features, the performance articles and the plans dramatically through 2006 so that should you decide to upgrade when the benefits outweigh the costs, this will be a nice bonus.

But in the meantime...GO AHEAD! Use whoevers discount...I will still love you.
