new candian tested training method

Okay I know that you must be making this up because there aren't many Canadiens on the west side. Or maybe you're right... those Canadiens just can't get enough of the snow and hockey.

For the record, I am not a Canadien.

i think i am missing something here, and it has to do with the fact that i don't know how to spell.

Rumour is British English. Canada is part of the English commonwealth.

I'm not a Canadian , but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

oh...and probably more importantly, rumor in French is rumeur.

I was identified as Canadian by an old guy in Australia by the way I said "about". Thing is, it's not really pronounce "aboot". Some Ontarians say something close to "a boat". I don't know really how I say it, it's not "aboot" but it's not the American way of saying it with the mouth wide open "abahwt". *Southerners excepted in the preceding generalization*

Easy way to speak southern English: add exactly one syllable to every word.
