Subject: acronyms and terms Alright, I'll fess up...I'm not the best at acronyms and I haven't fully learned all of the terms yet, but I'm wondering if some of the training plans are based on something?
For example, some of the plans say to run and then add in core #2, but I find no information on what core #2 is.
Also, I see RI used for the bike and 'loosen' as a term for swimming. I'm just wondering if someone can point me to some more literature I should be referring to or a page that I am missing....maybe a glossary of terms.
Most of them I get, or have seen in the general books that we all own, but I guess I'm still missing some.
