Expert  679    Nags Head, |  Subject: The Pirate is back!!!Arrgh...and holy crap what a ride I have been on the past 8 weeks. The devestation and damage is unfathomable but we are making great progress in debris removal, water-way restoration and Temporary Housing. To date we have placed over 5,500 displaced families in travel trailers and Mobile homes with a job scope to cover nearly 90,000 from Slidell, LA. to Lake Charles, LA. I have not had much time for training except for the occasional run 2/3 times a week. I have met some great people her in Louisiana and some bona-fide coon-asses...one comes to mind "Mudbone" Lequex real name is Renee'. He works for me out of Baton Rouge. Antway I will be on from tme to time it is good to get back to something familiar. Everyone take care and good luck reaching your goals. |

What you did was amazing- I commend you for giving up your tri training to help others who desperately needed it! Don't worry about your training- it'll come back with time. Gotta love muscle memory! It's good to have you bac- we missed your humor on the this site! Haley and I tried to take your place by providing pics. but of course we're not as good as you! |
