I've loved working with the great training logs on this site, but I'm still looking for plans for lifting and stretching. I know stretchings a more elastic thing, but stretching should just be the same thing every day right? Does anyone have any great lists of stretches to do every day, or lists of what free weights I should or shouldn't do? Thanks alot.
The other thing to remember about stretching and lifting is that there has been research that shows stretching BETWEEN your lifting sets increases strength faster than just "resting" between sets.
