Subject: I'm at work but don't need to be...grrr.
A winter storm passed thru central Texas last night cause some roads to ice over, since this is a rare occurance in central Texas they don't have the road supplies to handle ice. So our office was closed until 10:00am. Before I left the house at 9:55 I called to make sure they weren't closed for the day and the message still said 10:00. By the time I get to work at 10:30 I find out the message has been changed and the office will open at Noon. What!? Grrr.

I hear ya- we are getting snow today, but it didn't start until after we all got in to work.  I can pretty much bet everyone is gone by 2:00. Hey, at least the gym will be slow after work today!

I'm in the same boat here in Frisco.  But I was up at 5 to workout (what a waste) and I've been at the office since before 7.  No need to be here, coulda tele-commuted and put in time on the trainer at home.  Oh, this sucks.  I'm feelin your pain!

I'm in a holding pattern but not because of weather.  Stupid hospital policy.   I did 2 surgeries then because someone else snuck on the schedule they wouldn't let me follow with my fracture that I HAD to do this week....so 2 hours and 45 minutes later here I sit.  The surgeon holding me up said she had 2 20 minute cases.  I'm so annoyed...I mean I can't do ANYTHING but sit here

Feelin' y'alls pain FO SHO!  I'm so utterly bored here at work.  Its generally a very slow time of year but this is painfully slow.  So, up goes my post count and up goes the time I spend in the gym.  Some benefits to be sure but I'd rather do the two hours of work required of me right now and go do something worthwhile.

Wish the snow hit me this morning. But nope. It is scheduled to hit Chicago just in time for our commute home. After my normal 30 minute drive turns into an hour and 30 minutes, I doubt I'll be up to the gym mood. If nobody notices, I may slip out to the gym at 2:30 or so.
