Extreme Veteran 402 CT | Subject: RE: January Swim Challenge you can count me in. I am back into 3 sport training and my plan calls for 2 swims a week each 2,500 yards. So that is 22,500 yards for the month of January. This is definitely a great way to stay motivated during the winter months.  Enjoy! |

How about a side challenge for all the people who made their distance in December (100%). The side challenge would be for these people to increase their distance by 10%. Each month those who do not make their distance get eliminated? |

I'd probably increase by 25% since my total meters for Dec Challenge was so low (8000 to 10000). I like the idea of increasing each month too! |
