Subject: RE: Plantar Fasciitis - Two pairs of socks?I agree with the Bear. I had PF and have bouts of it from time to time. I FINALLY figured out how to prevent it ( I hope ). I got good supportive running shoes with a really supportive heel, and I stretch my calves after every workout especially a run. If I am running and I feel even a twinge of pain I stop and stretch. Since I have been doing this I have not had any problems. I seriously doubt two pairs of socks will help much. |
