I'll probably regret admitting this, but I love his music.  "Weekend in New England" is one of my all time favorite songs.

Yeah, that's an awesome song. Gives me goosebumps everytime. BTW, I heard that PBS will broadcast his show in Vegas in March as part of the annual PBS drive. Check your local PBS station!!

p.s. I don't name my Camry Barry for no reason. My bf's car is Mandy.

Chuck Norris would eat Barry Manilow for breakfast, but he needs more fiber in his diet after his last exam showed more polyps. Chuck Norris hates getting old.

I heard Chuck Norris and Barry Manilow had a baby......well, I did.

I'll admit it too- when I was little I was a member of the BMIFC. The Barry Manilow International Fan Club. I had his poster. I made up plays where I'd sing his songs. I wrote him a letter and asked him to come to my house when he was in Boston (luckily my dad made a photocopy so I could see it when I got older). On the back I drew a big heart that said AV + BM - nice, huh?

I have to say though that this was not my fault. My best friend told me she loved Barry Manilow (we were in third grade - obviously she learned this form her parents) I didn't know who he was and thought she meant Billy Joel, so to be cool I said, "Well, my brother loves him too and we have EVERY album." Then I got home and realized that we didn't have even one Barry Manilow album. I am sure my mom was compoletey confused when I told her that I, too, loved Barry Manilow and we had to go get his albums.

One of the sweetest things my mom did when I was little was to get on the phone a million times a day and try to win me tickets to the Barry Manilow concert!
