whole milk, but I don't drink it.  Just use it in cooking, in milk shakes and the occasional chocolate milk

Any milk that makes me gassy... Makes me bubble in the pool. No just kidding. Love the stuff but can't drink much as no one likes me when I do.

I didn't vote for soy, but I could have.

There is usually soy milk, and 1% choc milk in our fridge.

My wife and I life choc milk in small quantites as a treat.
She has trouble digesting real milk at times, but soy milk doesn't cause her problems.

I adjusted because buying 3 different milks for 2 people just seemed rediculous.
I use soy milk on cereal, and as a milk substitute when cooking, or making shakes.
I can still tell the difference, but it doesn't bother me anymore.

Milk is a drink made for animals with four stomachs. I only have one. I know, I know it is full of calcium and we should all drink lots of it. You don't get much calcium out of it, because it is so hard to digest(see four stomachs above). Milk should be had by babies from there mamas, not adults from the cow.

That being siad, I use organic low fat with breakfast or for cooking, or somtimes rice or soy milk. My wife doesn't like the fake stuff.

I voted soy. I even use the light soy. I use to be 100% skim but a lot of times it would go bad before I finished it. With the soy.....that stuff lasts for like 2-months. I learned to like just for the expiration date......now I wouldn't drink anything else.

Calcium absorption has nothing to do with your stomach or lack thereof.  The vast majority of calcium is taken up by the small intestine with a good bit of that being passive absorption, independent of serum calcium levels.

I did. I like Silk's unsweetened soy (preferably warmed up) and Vitasoy brand products. I still yogurt and cheese etc.

Glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. That being said, I cook with skim milk and splash it on cereal, but otherwise it grosses me out.

Viactive chews are awesome for the calcium. My mom got osteoperosis at 50, so I can't just not drink milk.

By the way, isn't "fat free" the same as "skim?"

I voted for whole milk because I consume it most often. Chocolate milk and almond milk would have gotten my vote too.

I  thought that I read somewhere the expiration on soy was when it needed to be opened by and once opened was only good for a week...  I could be wrong though.  I usually am .

Oh good. I was gonna say that your wet nurse is probably pissed that you're browsing the internet and not focusing on task at hand.

Don't like it, don't drink it.  fat free 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee (don't ask me, I have no idea) and if I eat cereal, it's normally mixed with yogurt.  But Coke Zero?  Now yer talkin'.  I heart chemicals.
