Subject: Challenge

Oh dear lord....

Ok, so Haley (Comet) and I have decided to have a personal challenge/deathmatch/showdown of some type between now and a race we'll be doing together on April 15.  We've decided on the consequences, and that will be that the loser has to dress up the way the winner wants for the race.  What we're having a problem with is coming up with the actual challenge.  She's a better runner and swimmer than I am and is way more experienced at all of this than me.  I think we're probably fairly even on the bike.  I'm obviously better looking and hairier, but that's another topic.  We kicked around weight loss, but neither of us is all that far away from our target weights.

Soooo...we're trying to see if anybody else has any good ideas.  I would be willing to offer up a chance to pick her costume if somebody picks something really good.  A sacrifice if you will.  I know, I know, I'm just giving like that.

Anything and everything will be considered.  Some will be ridiculed.  All will be read.  Just remember that it's your own fault if you have to look at a picture of me in a Speedo.

Hey Rocket Surgeon, you're going down. I'm a better swimmer than you are-not to call you out or anything.

It might be a close call on who is hairier though.

One handed Rubics Cube, while cycling, in traffic, with points for total miles and total puzzles solved and extra points for getting run over. Loser has to wear speedo to court or physical therapy.

Don't listen to gullah. You know he has this thing for men's behinds and he's just trying to sucker you into losing so you'll show yours.

Seriously, man, walk away while you still can and spare us all the inevitable speedo shot.

How do you explain to folks how grandpa kicked your @$$ in your last/next triathlon?

Ping Pong?  Changing a flat?  Degrease/regrease your bike chain?  Do you have an agility course near by?  Skeet?  Trap?  Arm wrestling?

Cooking?  Who can put the best meal together under 600 calories per plate?  There's a restaurant chain here called Seasons 52 ... amazing meals, I think, under 400 calories per plate.

Uhhh....what kind of tools can be used?

How about funnelling Derek? I just need a couple of weekends to practice though.
Quarters?

See who can get Aaron drunk on Hand Grenades the fastest? Bet on how long it takes him to pass out?

So no one has come up with a good challenge yet.

Bear, I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. When Derek looses he is shaving his legs and wearing the costume of my choosing! I guess I'm just too good at everything.

Why don't y'all go through with it without the challenge? God knows Derek could use the deforestation, and I doubt he could pick a costume that you wouldn't be insane enough to wear.
