I enjoy stir fried veggie wraps with a little salsa. Sometimes I add meat or eggs.
They can include:
colliflower, brocoli, snow peas, carrots, onions, peppers
(hot/sweet/mild
), eggs, ham, chicken, turkey, steak, pork, almonds, cashews, cucumbers, tomatos, lettuce, celery, water chestnuts, tuna, salmon, perch, walleye, potatoes, premade chili/stew/spagetti, corn, many different beans, pineapple, apples, bannanas, and many different spices.
or
(almost
) any combination of the above.
Sometimes wraps are intended as a meal, other times I just take whatever is left over, wrap it, and it is good to go.
