- 4-7 Hour Winter Maintenance 20 Week
- Sprint Basic 12 Week RPE
- Sprint Basic 12 Week HR
- Beginner Olympic 8 Week
- Olympic Basic 12 Week RPE
- Olympic Basic 12 Week HR
Delete the current ones and re-import for the updated changes if necessary. We are working on the longer distance plans now. As always, if you see any problems with what we have checked, give us the plan title and the 'day' or copy the workout to this thread. hblackmon, you are using the Olympic Basic 12 week RPE (not the 21 week intermediate) should you want to re-import. Will let you know when the rest are done. |
