Comments: Felt good. Got a side cramp on the way back, just pushed thru it. What would you do differently?: Try to eat at least 2 hours before the race. (today was only about an hour) Post race
Warm down: Walking and stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself Event comments: This was suppose to be a 5K race and the half way point was the water station, but the people at the water station encouraged everyone to go on. So we all actually ran 3.9 miles. This was very confusing - no signs or anything. Last updated: 2004-05-31 12:00 AM
