Comments:

Started at the back with the other strollers; ran with the other strollers until I got boxed out at about 1km and then I just settled in and ran comfortably hard for the rest. The final couple of hills were brutal and managed to post a solid time on a tough course.

Shane, if you want to win the stroller race you need to be more agressive, don't let them box you in, fight for your position, throw the elbows out to box the other guys out next time...
