Subject: Custom Training Plan adjustmentsHello, I am newly registered as a gold member. I have created a custom training plan and it is going great; however, I have found that I need to permanently swap the day I recover on with a different day that had workouts planned. I can't seem to figure out how to permanently do this change without creating a whole new training plan. I see that I can manually drag and drop my workouts, but I don't want to have to manually do this week after week, month after month, etc...
Does anyone know how I can simply go in and permanently rearrange my custom schedule to better fit my needs, without having to touch every single day? When I created my custom training plan, it showed me a week and asked me how many days a week I wanted to do each activity and let me shuffle them to fit my schedule. From that week it generated my monthly schedule. I would like to go back and rearrange that. Thanks! |
