Triathlon laces

I use bungee laces and have been very happy with them.

They all work fine (and I've used all of the above).  None is faster, you set them to the proper tension the first time, and just pull your shoe on like a slipper.  Some are firmer than others (Easy Laces are the least firm), so it's personal preference.  

Of the group xtenex are by far the most expensive, but allow different tensions in each part of the shoe.  Talking with the inventor, he sees them as an investment that you move from shoe to shoe (that's why they come in different lengths, cause they are hard to lace if you cut them).

I've used Yankz for several years and have been happy with them.  The only downside is that it takes a couple of runs to get the tension dialed in.

they're pretty much all the same, except the Xtenex.

just get whatever your local running shop has at the counter- and pick an obnoxious color.

I do have a set of the xtenex.  they do offer the advantage of being able to control the tightness at different points.  they take longer to install... and may take a few tries to get the tension just right the way you like it. 

I'd try regular $5 onese first.

Xtenex I have found to work best for me. Once you get them adjusted properly you can forget about them until you wear your shoes out. Just took a pair of shoes out of my rotation that had over 400 miles on them and I don't think I ever adjusted the laces once I had them where I like them!

I'm looking at using the xtenex laces myself, the LRS doesn't carry them so will order off of web.

I've used Lock Laces and Yankz on Mizuno Wave Riders.  No difference to me for those two, once setup both were perfect for quick T2 transitions.

you have laced bike shoes? i guess if it has laces you can use them...
