It is tough and tiring sometimes to fit in all the training; however, don't be too worried about your running fitness if you can't fit the 4 days a week in with everything else. The swimming and, particularily, the biking will pick up the slack and you'll actually find you're running faster with less overall mileage than you did with just running. Above all, give yourself a rest day (or two ) every week and you'll be good to go. Good luck and have fun. |
