I think they are doing a hope-for-a-settlement cash grab. 2. The kid made it all the way from Charlotte to Boston in the wheel well of a jet airplane! He must have fallen out when the landing gear opened as they approached Boston. I would think he was likely dead before the plane ever dropped its gear. It gets pretty cold and oxygen-sparse up yonder where the jets fly. Following this legal argument, the families of the 9/11 terrorists should be able to sue for inadequate security measures that allowed the hijackers to commandeer aircraft and fly them into the WTC. |
