The main tool bar "Training Plans | Articles | Races | Training Log .... " hops around to try and stay top of page, which in general is an okay feature for me - except when you reach the actual top of the page. At the top of the page the toolbar drops down to accomodate the BT.com banner. That on the fly re-org of the layout is distracting and "annoying".

I am not sure what a good adjustment to that behavior would be - if you want to keep the floating toolbar concept then maybe at the very least have the toolbar end up in the same place on the page? While scrolled its top of page, while top of page its below banner....

I dont know maybe I am being ocd nit picky.

In general I like the changes!

Honestly, I have the same issue.  It bugged me during testing and I've been trying to get used to it, but the jump drives me crazy every single time it happens.  If it was in the same place, (ie the read header and logo stayed fixed too) it would bother me a lot less than the way it works now.

I find the floating navigation menu bar annoying as well and would like to just have it in a fixed position.

+1

Personal preference would be
1. Fixed position relative to the site/page
2. Fixed position relative to the browser
3. Current half & half

If this is at all possible - I'd love to have these things be static at the top of the page.

Thanks!

I find this annoying too. I often click the floating tool bar just as the ad is done loading and end up going to the ad link, which I don't want to do. Maybe make paying members ad free to boost paid membership?

Yeah, was talking to one of the programmers today.  We're going to drop a big anchor on it soon.
