Subject: Hermes Carbon Tubular Wheelset
Hey I've got a set of brand new carbon wheel set to sell I never rode on them.

I went a little gear crazy and I've decided to get rid of this extra carbon set.
I just got them this year but they were a closeout so no returns.

The Retail for $1850 http://www.bikemania.biz/road-wheels/hermes-sport-excellence-tubula...
but I'll let the go for $1500

Here are the specs:

Campagnolo 9/10/11

Aero efficiency without the weight penalty.

With a 50mm deep full carbon rim, the Excellence Tubular Wheelset delivers a massive wind slicing advantage while tipping the scales at a scant 1070 grams. The rims are produced in-house at the Hermes Sport factory in Southern California using Toray T1000 carbon fiber. A special ceramic treatment added to the braking surface enables the wheels to withstand temperatures up to 230 degrees Celsius, with a further ability to handle temperatures of 320 degrees C for short bursts, making them among the safest, strongest full carbon designs on the market.

Sapim CX-Ray Spokes along with Tune's feathery Mig 70 and Mag 180 hubs to keep weight to an absolute minimum.

The Excellence Tubular Wheelset weighs 1070g and features 20 spokes front laced radially and 24 spokes rear laced 2x.

Rims: Hermes Sport Full Carbon 50mm
Spokes: Sapim CX-Ray
Lacing: 20 radial front, 24 2-cross rear
Hubs: Tune Mig 70/Mag 180

"These wheels are really fast and we can prove it with our tests from the A2 Wind Tunnel. We developed an ultra-fast modified V-Notch rim shape which keeps drag to an minimum."

A bike is NOT a piece of metal with a couple of wheels at either end and a steering thing to stop you running over old ladies. No! ... a bike is a space-age “weapon of mass confusion.”
