Subject: Zipp 404 Tubular Wheelset For Sale
I am selling my Zipp 404 Tubular Wheelset. Some background...I bought these brand new in October 2008 when I purchased my first tri bike. I race about 3-4 times a year. These wheels have less than 1,000 miles on them. They have the original Continental Tubulars that came with them. I have never flatted in a race therefore never had to change them. So they might need to be changed due to wear. You can buy these tubulars on ebay right now for about $50 a piece.As you can also see I had removed the decals. I have a black tri bike so I liked the no-decal look. The front and rear hubs are Chris King R45.Let me know if you have any questions!Price $800/obo for the set! Fyi...I used the website www.usedzipp.com to estimate my price. They claim the fair used price for the 2008 Zipp tubulars are $1000-$1300 for a set so I just brought that price down a bit.
