2010 plasma 2 Size 54 or Med with 27 inches from center of bb to seat at min can increase seat height with seat post clamp or cut seat post to lower. From center of BB to seat rails is apx 26 inches, right now you have 30mm of adjustment with the seat post that would move you up to apx 27.1 inches. You can get a 50mm seat post which would get you to 28 inches. I prefer the LeMond method for calculating seat height which is your inseam x 0.883. This would be to your seat height not the rail height. Most saddles add 1 - 1.5 inches to the over all seat height (the current seat adds 1 inch thus the 26 inches to the rails and 27 inches to the seat height). I hope this helps.

The Plasma2 frame defined how carbon aero bikes are designed. Scott used ultra narrow tube profiles, dual wheel shelters and our Twin Turbo stays just like the Plasma3 but at an affordable price. Scott invented aero with the creation of the aero bar, and now they are raising the bar on how clean and fast a triathlon bike can be. Scott design the future, and it‘s much faster.

Technology
IMP5
Scott's most sophisticated carbon structure ever. The top tube, head tube, down tube, seat tube and chain stays are all produced in a single step using IMP5. Each layer is still carefully managed to rid the structure of any voids or folds in the material.

Shelter 127
Shelter127™ is a measurement of the wheel coverage of both front and rear wheels on the Contessa Plasma. The rear has 80º of coverage and the front has 47º, the total coverage is 127º of wind-cheating aerodynamics.

Integrated Carbon Fork
The drag-reducing integrated fork/frame design is ultra clean and matches the frame profile precisely. Found on Plasma models.

TwinTurbo Chainstays
The drag-reducing integrated fork/frame design is ultra clean and matches the frame profile precisely. Found on Plasma models.

Integrated Cable Routing
The front and rear derailleur as well as the brake cable are all internally routed to improve aerodynamics. There is cable access from inside the bottom bracket shell as well as the chain stay for convenience.

Adjustable Seat Tube Angle
The new Ritchey adjustable seat post clamp allows for adjustment between 73-80º of seat tube angle. Good for TT, and Triathlon. Found on Plasma Models.

A good sport story gets better with time. Sometimes, it’s because the story has a new teller, a new listener or a new twist; a purposeful tweak that makes a little tale something of legend.
