Subject: New to training programs on site please help!!
Can someone please help? Trying to start the winter program and don't understand some of the abbreviation on plan,
Like core1,2,3 or RI 1'. Is their a page that breaks it down or can someone please tell me what it means ?

Yes, you can find it by going to 'Training Plans' then you will see 'Using Your Training Plan' top right, click on that and you will find all the information.
