Subject: IntroductionHi...my name is Robb and I have set a goal to complete a triathlon in June of 2005. I have just lost 65 lbs since January 2oth and still have about 70 more to reach my goal weight (I was 335 lbs and I am now 270 ). I started training last week and have been in the pool (I swam 1000 yds, with rest, my first time out which I was happy about ), on my mountain bike up to 4 miles (I am looking to by a road bike for trianing ) and also have worked toward jog/walking for 20 minutes.
I am the Executive Director of a faith-based nonprofit org that works with juvenile offenders and the training has already begun to decrease my stress. I am exited about learning from you all!
