Subject: Getting logged out

I'm constantly getting logged out of BT with the recent site changes.

In the past, I might have to log in every few weeks, but today,  I got bounced out at least 3 times.

I'm using IE version 8.0 and Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1.

When you say 'recent' what time period are you referring too?  ALSO, what browser and version do you use?

You can first try to clear your browsers temporary internet files and cookies and try again and see if that works any better.

Note, switching between http://www.beg... and http://beg will make you relogin as the cookies work as thinking they are two different sites.  Are you perhaps using one version but getting thread updates that send you to the other version?  Keep an eye on that and this may be a problem that we can easily fix.

Thanks,

Recent = last 2 months.  IE 8.0.

I'll have BT open in an IE browser tab and even clicking into the forums or returning to my log will log me out.  I'll watch for whether "www" is present or not.
