Subject: Brick question
Hi,

In the last week of my Ironman training plan (!), and the workout states:

Swim 45m
Open water if possible.
Continuous swim. 1st 200m at RPE 9-10, then settle into race pace

Bike 2m
180 minutes at RPE 3-4

Swim-Bike Brick

Any suggestions on what this means for the bike? Do they mean two minutes? Two miles? I HOPE two miles wouldn't take me 180 minutes!!

Thanks for any clues,
Mike

Typo alert. That '2m' is in the Time box. It should read 3h for 3hours (180 minutes). It's been corrected in the training plan database.
