Subject: Brick questionHi,
In the last week of my Ironman training plan (! ), and the workout states:
Swim 45m
Open water if possible.
Continuous swim. 1st 200m at RPE 9-10, then settle into race pace
Bike 2m
180 minutes at RPE 3-4
Swim-Bike Brick
Any suggestions on what this means for the bike? Do they mean two minutes? Two miles? I HOPE two miles wouldn't take me 180 minutes!!
