Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Might be a silly question but are the times provided in the plan inclusive of warm up and cool down or should I add additional 10 minutes on the beginning and end of each workout?

Thank you.

Which plan? It seems that some are and some aren't. In the winter cycling plan, they appear to be included though your total time will vary as there is a range of warmup/cooldown times given. It seems like the run and bike workouts generally include warmup/cooldown as part of the total time.
