I've noticed that the days I've started to log my nutrition are highlighted in red. Is this just the color choice to show that I've logged nutrition on these days? Or is it judging my eating and telling me I'm going to die of a massive coronary?

I'm laying off the oreo's, I swear!!

-- Also, while I got you here. Can you log a multi-vitamin in the nutritional tracking?

In your regular training view, the two red days on minicalendar are because you have your 'sick/injured' selected as 2 and 3.  Leave it blank for no red. http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=434

BUT if you are referring to the nutrition blog, the 'purple days' signify that you have nutrition logged for that day.

I think your issue is the former though?

You can log multivitamins, but you have to create it as a 'custom' food with serving sizes and inputing the main amounts of the vitamins in.  Let us know if you need any help with that feature, more on it at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=623 - see 2.8

Red indicates that a value was logged for Injured/Sick and it overrides anything else logged.

A multivitamin can be added to your custom foods by following the steps here. This will allow you to enter the exact nutrients and amounts for whichever multi you use.
