Subject: computrainer upload problem
I have my computrainer workout saved on a jump drive in .txt format and it doesn't seem to be able to upload the data in my log. Please tell me how to make this happen.

I will check with my programmer, but I don't think TXT files will upload.  Though if you can attach it here or send it to ron at beginnertriathlete.com I will take a look and maybe it can be part of a future integration since we will be working on the uploader next.

My problem is I can only swim about 30-40 meters without having to rest. What is the best way to improve this? I need to get from 40 to 750 meters in 6 months.
