Member 258 | Subject: RE: City of Lakes Triathlon - Sprint Course : Official Thread I'm in for the Oly, too. I did the sprint 2 years ago and loved it. Started the Oly last year but got a corneal ulcer during the swim and had to drop out on the bike. No hotel reservations, we usually just camp. |

She said the bike is rolling hills and when I looked at the map I would agree. She also said that she expects the water to be 72-75*. I hadn't expected it that warm. I can do a sprint in a full wetsuit at those temps but for an Oly I'm looking at used sleeveless suits. |

Andie is letting me switch my registration to a team (ugh) so my son will be doing the running leg. I'll be quizzing Andie at packet pickup tonight to learn how teams work. I've never been there before either but friends say that Blue Hole Lake is the thing to see and I believe that is where the run ends. Unfortunately we'll be getting in late Friday so any site seeing we do will be on Saturday after the race.

"We" are #232. I forgot to look at the starting waves at packet pickup last night so no idea what order everything starts. |
