Remember the Peach Challenges?

The goal is to achieve a colored square on your training calendar every day for the whole month. The activity and duration is up to you, and are not limited to Tri-training. Just do something active. Then record it on your training calendar so the day's box turns peach, or pink, or yellow, or purple, or green.....

Anybody in? It's April 1st - go do something!

I've been on a string of challenges since September and they have helped me tremendously.  With the season just around the corner this challenge sounds like a great way to push through April.  I'm in.

I'm in! Haven't been on the challenge boards in a while. This should be good motivation for my running and getting through 30 day shred.

I want in. I NEED IN. Between work, looking for a new job, son's baseball games, rentals, exhaustion - well I need to stop the excuses and get back to running, core workouts, stretches, and one day to biking. I'll be doing at least 15 min of something everyday and hopefully get my run mileage up soon.

Remind me never to move again.... I moved enough stuff that I logged it as "home improvement."

I wonder if "pole dancing" is still listed as a sport. Maybe I should check. "Pole dancing" sounds much more intriguing than "home improvement." :p

Dee, I feel your pain on home improvement. That was my day last Tuesday. Funny (NOT) how home improvement is harder and more tiring than HM or a full mary.

Another peachy day with a nice run this afternoon. Run yesterday was tough and discouraging but I realized it was my first run in a week so what did I expect? Now I'm going to see if I can stop the bicep curls of my wine glass and start doing some core work before the day is done.

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.

It’s a challenge to push yourself a little harder and a little further. Be proud of every workout that is accomplished and every step-even the baby ones-that you take on this course to the finishline.

The Boulder Peak bike course is legendary. It is, literally and named as such, one of the toughest bike legs in the country.
