Group ride on KS 70.3 course: May 3, 4, 10, or 11

Well, I coach my daughter's volleyball team and we have games on those Saturdays and Sundays. Good luck all at KS. Out this year. May head up and watch though

So the 10th is looking like a solid date.  Still would like to get out the weekend of the 3rd/4th, so let me know who is up for that weekend.

Mark and Pete -- You guys are welcome to set up in our spot at KS 70.3.  If you carpool, you can probably park there if you get tot he park early enough.

Mark- let me know if you are interested in this.  I think I am free that entire day- so a cooler full of beer (on wheels) may be a good thing to drag to Patrick's spot!

Jon, having said that, do you still want your share of the camping spot?  What about Brandon?  We can accommodate at least 4 cars (maybe 5) and I have a couple of other people interested.  But you have first option.

Shoot- this is going to be a party.  Do we need to rent a party bus to haul us around?

Aaaaaa I need to reserve a camp site, I keep forgetting.

I can't do either of these dates proposed (half marathon and Tour de Cure weekends) but I would like to get out there some time before the race. Weekends slots are running out, when did it become the middle of April?

May 10 at 8:00AM looks like a go for now.

This is the DEPARTURE TIME, not the pull into the parking lot time.  I am the worst offender of the rule, but it is the rule, nonetheless.

Rode it yesterday and was reminded how much miles ~40-47 suck.

I averaged about 20.X mph last weekend, but that was the day after a 12 mile run and 2 days after a swim morning and 40 mile bike evening.  I was pretty depleted and bonked a little bit just before the damn hill.  Should be fresher Saturday.  However, we often ride from main intersection to main intersection and either loop back to pick up the pack or wait at the intersection.
