I'm selling my CompuTrainer setup because I'm moving overseas and it doesn't make sense to bring it with. Here's what it comes with. Original owner.

CompuTrainer Pro
- Stand and load generator
- Controller
- All cables, USB connector, Power Supply, etc
- Cadence Sensor, Heart Rate sensor

Desktop Computer
- Quad-Core Desktop computer with software already loaded/registered
- Has 8800 GTS Graphics card cable of running all 3D software really smoothly
- Fresh Windows 7 install with the software below already installed/registered, nothing else on the computer.

Software
- (5) ERG Videos (http://www.ergvideo.com/default.aspx#/Store)
- (1) Real Course Video (Ironman Canada, http://www.racermateinc.com/#software-realcoursevideos)
- RacerMate One Software
- Original Racermate 3D software

Looking for $1250 firm for everything. I purchased the Computrainer for $1800 originally, computer was $900 originally, ERG-videos were $60 each, Real course Video was $90, Racermate One software was $150. So I have well over $3000 into this setup. Firm on the price.

**(Optional)** I use a 17" computer monitor plus a 40" LED flat panel TV to display everything. $1500 for the package above PLUS both displays. The LED TV is nearly new -- about 4 months old and only used for the trainer setup. Will even include a Vizio sound bar that I use for listening to music through the computer while training.

Everything is in great condition and runs perfectly. I have original paperwork and manual as well.

To be sold as a package deal only -- will not sell parts of the computrainer separately, will not sell the computer separately. Shipping would be a pain, so local pickup only.

Located in Schaumburg, IL (Near Chicago). You're welcome to come see it in person or even bring your bike and you can do a demo. You'll love it!
-Ryan

Although a computrainer can be a great asset to any athlete, it’s not the only way to improve your pedal stroke. I’ll list a number of pedaling drills below and how you can incorporate them.
