awesome bike ride,,, I felt good, didn't push at all stay in a comfortable zone, I knew the run will be humid, that is why I went pretty easy, I was focusing whole ride on cadence...

it was humid I decided to walk aid stations it paid off...First lap I went nice and easy, with each lap I picking it up a little, I was able to run negative splits, I ended up running 7:18 mile pace, which was faster then expected, so I guess run was great...
