Subject: WTB - 650c HED3 Clincher Front Wheel

I'm hoping to track down a HED 3 clincher front wheel, 650c.  I know someone out there has one collecting dust in their garage or basement that needs a good home, right?  Right?

I'd like to stay in the $2-300 range as well.
