Subject: Newbie from NCHi All. I have just completed my first half marathon and my next goal is a triathalon. I'll plan to start out with a sprint this coming summer. I am confident in my running and biking. Swimming will be my weakest link. My current gym doesn't have a pool, but as soon as my membership is up (February ), I will be joining the Y and getting some lessons. I'm looking forward to reading all of the posts and soaking up as much information as possible. |
