I assume by now you already familiar with exercise and dieting. So perhaps you could crank up the level a little bit. Do some High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT ) at least 3 times a week. This burn more calories than normal cardio exercise.
Also, you could cut down the amount of food you have into smaller portion and eat more often; every 2 to 3 hours. Your stomach will adapt to the size of meal you ingest; smaller portion = smaller stomach.
Overall, the key is discipline. Train hard, eat healthy, and well rested.
