Comments:

With my glutes, sciatic and hammy hurting the whole way it wasn't so pleasant, but around mile 4 1/2 it loosened up and/or the endorphins kicked in and helped squelch the pain. I liked this hilly run through downtown and Balboa Park.

Warm down:

Walked around, iced and got our chocolate bowls

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My glutes, piriformis issue.

Event comments:

Great orgnaization, volunteers, med tent, staffing, bag pickup was a breeze. Really thought RAM racing did a great job! A shout out to Jenn, who was at the info booth. She was very helpful in changing out my sweatshirt size.

Can't wait to do another RAM run, hopefully I'll be healthy then.
