The Canadian Triathlon in Ottawa

I was thinking of doing the sprint, but decided against it. I did the National Capital Sprint on August 5th and was keen to do another race afterwards. After looking critically at my swim time I decided I needed to do some more work on my swimming before my next tri, especially since the Canadian sprint is 250 m farther than the race I did. So I'm hitting the pool in September (lake until then) knowing I will be good and ready for next season.

I am doing the Sprint Tri this year. Last year it was the Try a tri, along with a couple of more try a tri's this year..
Of course, I had to choose the longest Sprint distance of the summer... And I have a cold
But, I remember last year, and there is so much excitement, with so many races going on that it keep your adrenaline going...

Good luck at the 1/2 IM. I can't make it this year. But my wife and I will be there for the 1/2 IM next year for sure.
