Alright Griffins, let's kick some serious azz this month and put the smack down on the other non-sensical beasts that are the other team mascots .......

As the strongest and fiercest mascot of all in the competition we should have no problem defeating the rest!!

Still haven't gotten on the bike yet ... need to set up the tri bike with the beater wheels on the trainer since that will probably be the outlet for my piddly bike mileage.

But I've got 41 out of my 200 miles running done with a 13 miler Friday, 5 on Saturday and my first 20 of this marathon training session on Sunday. 38 miles in 3 days ...... ugh!!

Been in the Bahama's for 3 days!  Swim 1, Run 0, so I went for a 43min detox run this am   The new bike has arrived and is being assembled between work commitments so I'll have some numbers logged.

BTW, are the WO days checked Sunday through Saturday or Monday through Sunday????

Turns out I'll be racing tomorrow .... so it's time to crank out a blazing fast 4 miler plus whatever I do for warm-up. Then I'm scheduled for a 16 miler on Sunday with 12 of them at marathon pace ....... if the legs are cooked, it might just be a nice long slow run.

Ignore the slugs .... last I checked, they were sliming up the rear. Ooooh, that sounds really nasty .....

sounds like a fun weekend ..
i have a nice run planned tomorrow, 12 - 15 miler depends on how i feel cross country in teh beautiful peak district national park ...
a two mile open water swim, starting to get a little chilly now...
sunday should be a little quality time with the bike 25 - 30 miler and a trip to the pub in the evening as reward with a few well earned pints ...
good luck with your boozing and training this weekend team.
