Subject: Mile High Tri Podcast

I thought I'd let you all know about a new podcast started by a Colorado triathlete and friend of mine about all things triathlon.  Introducing, Mile High Tri podcast.

http://www.milehightripodcast.com/

Highlights from some of the latest podcasts include interviews with IM Boulder's Dave Christen, top professional triathlete Mary Beth Ellis, and USATF President Barry Siff.  There are also lots of local angles from Lance Panigutti (Without Limits) to Peggy Shockley (L2L), as well as metro triathlon stores, new cross training opportunities, and how to choose the ideal race for you.

Coming in May:  tackling open water swim anxiety with a licensed sports psychologist!

Soon after I got married, I decided I needed to get motivated to work out and focus on getting back into shape. I could barely jog a quarter-mile without needing a walk break.

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
