Subject: 8.2.16 Tuesday Training

Good morning!

4:45am:  :45 minute run with speed repeats (although my 'speed' repeats are probably easy pace for many of you! Lol!)

5:30am:  :45 minutes lower body strength

Later:  heading out to chase CC kids

Later later:  pool for laps and fun

Bike ride for a little over an hour. Feeling sluggish so I will delay the run for tomorrow.

30 minute run at 7:30 pm

Trying to get my legs back after my first Oly this past Sunday.
