Subject: Swimming better with rest gaps for laps
So following the good advice here from my last post, I started swimming single lengths (25m ) and restin 30sec in betweem.

My plan (and understanding ) is that I should basically keep doing this while focusing on technique, and slowly reduce the rest time till I can do it continuously. Would that be a logical plan?
