Subject: RE: 8.12.17 Super Saturday!Been awhile since I posted in the daily workouts. Went through a major move and lots of other life changes and stresses. Been struggling to get back into the game. Today was a 5.6 mile run. Got in some good paces and a pier sprint. Got some good stuff planned for tomorrow. involves 2 wheeled travels and salty water workouts  (just got attacked by a huge brownie, had to eat the damn thing before it attacked me. lol) |
