Subject: Custom Plan Paces I just created a custom plan and noticed the warm up paces are faster than the main set paces (based on the suggested time and distance descriptions ). Has anyone else noticed this?
I have only looked at the 1st week thus far but seems very strange. I did a custom 28 week HIM plan. Perhaps it is because the plan is starting out with short training distances and the warm up/main set paces are the same for the initial part of the plan? Just seems weird to me. |
