Subject: Custom Plan Paces
I just created a custom plan and noticed the warm up paces are faster than the main set paces (based on the suggested time and distance descriptions). Has anyone else noticed this?

I have only looked at the 1st week thus far but seems very strange. I did a custom 28 week HIM plan. Perhaps it is because the plan is starting out with short training distances and the warm up/main set paces are the same for the initial part of the plan? Just seems weird to me.

I just looked at your training plan and I'm not seeing that the warm up pace is faster than the main set pace.

Can you give me a specific date and workout where you are seeing that? Is it all three sports, or just one?

Today's workout run 38m 3.4 miles.

Wu 10 min/.9 mi = 11:07 pace
Ms 28 min/2.5 mi = 11:12 pace

Am I reading this wrong?

2.5 miles in 28 minutes would be a 10:46 pace, which would be faster than the warm-up.
I used the pace calculator at CoolRunning to double check.
